Legend Senior Living seeks an outstanding Residence Director to lead day-to-day operations of an assigned residence, including department functionality, goals, and financial performance. The role ensures residents receive holistic care and families see a meaningful difference in daily life.

You will oversee nursing, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, and sales, while mentoring leaders, managing budgets, and adhering to state requirements to uphold our Great Place To Work culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in an operations leadership role.
• Administrator license or applicable state certification, as required.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and supervising the operations of all departments (nursing, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, sales).
• Managing the community budget, expense management and compliance with state requirements.
• Maintaining programs such as quality management, safety management and community outreach.
• Assisting department leaders with move-ins, care plans and events.
• Promoting a positive work and living environment by resolving concerns professionally.
