Job summary

Bayview Community in Seattle is seeking a skilled Remodel Technician to transform and maintain our high-end retirement living spaces. You’ll handle apartment remodels, upgrades, and renovations, including carpentry, drywall, painting, tile work, and light plumbing and electrical.

A background in 3–5 years of construction trades with building maintenance, blueprints reading, and strong English communication is required. A Washington driver’s license is desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years in construction trades with maintenance experience.
• Ability to read facility blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Strong English communication and multitasking abilities.
• Washington driver’s license desirable.

Responsibilities

• REPAIRS: responds to work orders using paint, drywall, carpentry, etc.
• FACILITY IMPROVEMENTS: renovate apartments and common areas, install equipment.
• RESIDENT SATISFACTION: gather feedback and improve service delivery.
