Bayview Community is seeking a skilled Remodel Technician to help transform and maintain our high-end retirement living spaces. This hands-on role involves carpentry, drywall, painting, tile work, and light plumbing/electrical, with an emphasis on move-in ready homes and resident care.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, lead and support team members, and deliver quality results with professionalism. Safety and resident comfort are priorities in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years construction or building maintenance experience.
• Ability to read facility blueprints and electrical drawings.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform apartment remodels and renovations.
• Carry out carpentry, drywall, painting, tile work, and light plumbing/electrical.
• Lead and coordinate maintenance team members.
• Respond to work orders and ensure resident satisfaction.
