Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in Texas required.
• Experience caring for older adults in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned staff and provide direct nursing care to residents.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and promote independent living.
• Assess residents on admission and ongoing basis; initiate care plans with input from residents and families.
• Respond to resident calls promptly and courteously.
• Monitor resident health status and reassess care plans as needed.
• Provide daily reports to Director of Nurses on facility conditions and staffing.
