Job summary

The Hallmark in Houston, operated by Brazos Presbyterian Homes, Inc., is seeking an RN to join our senior care team on a full-time basis. You will provide direct nursing care to residents across the continuum of care on a single campus and supervise designated staff.

Ideal candidates are dependable, compassionate, and able to engage residents, families, and fellow team members while adhering to licensing standards and facility policies in a not-for-profit, faith-inspired community.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Texas RN license.
• Ability to supervise and mentor nursing staff.
• Demonstrated compassion and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents per physicians' orders.
• Assess residents on admission, transfer, changes in condition, and ongoing care needs.
• Supervise assigned staff and coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to DON and supervisors.
