Job summary

Brazos Towers at Bayou Manor is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care for residents in a faith-based, not-for-profit Life Plan Community located near Houston's Museum District and Texas Medical Center.

The RN will supervise staff, assist with ADLs, assess residents, develop care plans, and ensure documentation, regulatory compliance, and incident reporting align with standards of care. Join a mission-driven team focused on compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and ability to read regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and families.
• Ability to assess residents and develop care plans with input from the team.
• Capability to respond to emergencies and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing care to residents and supervise assigned staff.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living and promote independence.
• Assess residents upon admission and ongoing, develop and adjust care plans.
• Document care activities and report to Director of Nurses.
