Job summary

Frontier Senior Living in Oregon seeks a Business Development Director to drive lead generation and move-ins by cultivating relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals. You will educate sources about services and coordinate care to ensure smooth resident transitions.

The role focuses on developing strategic sales plans, expanding community networks, and partnering with the Sales and Marketing Team to meet quarterly move-in objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from a four-year college or university.
• 2-3+ years of experience in sales/admission in senior living or related field.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan and implement events with Sales/Marketing to attract prospective residents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families and professional care providers.
• Identify and cultivate macro referral sources; manage customer service for referrals and service issues.
• Generate required referrals to meet move-in and financial targets.
• Educate referral sources and trade organizations about products and services to facilitate care coordination.
