Job summary

Meadows of Napa Valley, a not-for-profit Life Plan Community in Napa, CA, is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team on the 2:00 to 10:30 PM shift. Provide compassionate care, support the DON with assessments and admissions, ensure charting and medication management, and help maintain our high standards of patient-centered service.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited RN program, active California RN license in good standing, and experience in a nursing home or long-term care

Our retreat-like campus offers residents resort-style services and amenities, gorgeous residences, delicious dining at our three onsite restaurants, and a continuum of healthcare including Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing.

Meadows of Napa Valley - Registered Nurse

to join our team!

This role pays $42.00 to $53.50 per hour Depending on Experience. This is a PM Shift, 2:00 to 10:30 PM

Our Registered Nurses:

Provide compassionate and effective care and treatments to our incredible residents.

Support the DON (Director of Nursing)with assessments, admissions, and other duties as assigned.

Ensure residents comprehensive needs are met, in accordance with theParkshorenursing team.

Review routines, calendar of events and resident needs.

Ensure medications and supplies are ordered, in stock and counted.

Ensure all charting and record keeping is accurate and complete.

Promote theMission, Vision and Values ofthe Meadows of Napa Valley.

Support our Culture of Excellence in all areas of responsibility.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What you need to succeed:

Be a graduate of an accredited RN Program

Have an active RN license in the state, in good standing

Experience in a Nursing Home (Assisted Living or Long-Term Care preferred, but not required)

Have flexibility, able to work the occasional weekend/holiday as needed.

Have knowledge of DHS Regulations

Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work well and collaboratively with team members and external individuals.

Completion of a background check, drug screen. Other pre-employment screenings may include physical, TB test, and fingerprinting per state/local guidelines.

Physical Requirements:

On occasion, may need to push/pull/support up to 75 lbs.
