Mission Ridge is seeking a friendly Receptionist to greet visitors, answer phones, and provide front‑office support for our senior living community. This role emphasizes compassionate service, organization, and collaboration with other departments to ensure a welcoming environment for residents and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years' receptionist experience preferred.
• Minimum one year in customer service experience.
• Prior multi-line phone experience preferred.

Our Receptionists are responsible for:

• Greeting all visitors.


• Answering the telephone.


• Maintaining the front office area in a neat and organized manner.


• Providing administrative support to all departments on a as needed basis.

If you are someone with:

• A High School diploma or GED


• Two years' experience as a receptionist (preferred)


• A Minimum of one year's customer service experience.


• Prior multi-line phone experience.
