Truewood by Merrill, Boise is seeking a warm, professional Receptionist to welcome residents and visitors, answer phones, and support busy front desk operations.

This full-time role offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities within a family-owned senior living company.

Two years of receptionist experience and strong customer service are preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required.

Our Receptionists are responsible for:

• Greeting all visitors.
• Answering the telephone.
• Maintaining the front office area in a neat and organized manner.
• Providing administrative support to all departments on a as needed basis.

If you are someone with:

• A High School diploma or GED
• Two years' experience as a receptionist (preferred)
• A Minimum of one year's customer service experience.
• Prior multi-line phone experience.

This role requires regular use of a computer and may involve occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs), bending, or reaching.
