Job summary

Merrill Gardens at Brentwood is seeking a Senior Living Receptionist to welcome visitors and manage front-desk operations in a caring senior living setting.

The role requires a friendly, reliable individual with strong phone etiquette and at least one year of customer service experience. Shift is Monday through Friday, 7am–3:30pm, with full-time opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ receptionist experience preferred.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Prior experience with a multi-line phone system is desirable.

Shift: Mon - Fri, 7am - 3:30pm

Our Receptionists are responsible for:

• Greeting all visitors
• Answering the telephone.
• Maintaining the front office area in a neat and organized manner.
• Providing administrative support to all departments on an as needed basis.

If you are someone with:

• A High School diploma or GED
• Two years’ experience as a receptionist (preferred)
• A Minimum of one year’s customer service experience.
• Prior multi-line phone experience.

Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire.

Physical Requirements:
