Job summary

DiningRD is actively seeking a Registered Dietitian for an Assisted Living Community. The consultant is responsible for monthly onsite visits (4 hours per visit) to complete food safety and sanitation audits, meal and dining observation audits, and nutrition referrals for high‑risk residents.

You will collaborate with the clinical team to monitor nutritional needs, provide education to dining staff, assist with policy development, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have CDR credentials.
• State license if required for RD roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly onsite visits (4 hours) for audits and nutrition referrals.
• Collaborate with clinical team to monitor residents' nutritional needs.
• Educate dining staff and assist with policy development and regulatory compliance.
