Benchmark Therapies is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Physical Therapists to join Green Ridge Village, a welcoming senior living community in Newville, PA. You’ll provide individualized PT services, help residents improve strength, balance and independence, and collaborate with nursing and therapy teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Genuine interest in working with older adults.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy services based on each resident’s needs and goals.
• Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, safety, confidence, and independence.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Collaborate closely with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Use your clinical judgment to develop thoughtful, resident-centered plans of care.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems.
• Contribute to a supportive, team-focused therapy department.
