• Valid PTA license or license eligibility.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with PTs and interdisciplinary team regarding resident progress.
• Lead or participate in team development meetings and wellness programs.
