Engage Senior Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in Salem, NH. Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active or pending state PT license required.
• Interest in geriatrics and helping seniors regain independence.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to assess strength, balance, mobility and impairments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver care at assisted living locations with independence and guidance from Engage.
• Provide interventions such as manual therapy, exercises, gait, and balance training.
• Educate patients and families on home programs.
• Document care in EMR and ensure compliance with state and facility standards.
