BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a Part-Time or Per Diem position across Northern Baltimore County, Maryland. The role provides home health services to seniors without extensive daily commuting.

The PT will conduct home visits, perform assessments, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote safe, independent living. Licensing in Maryland and at least one year of PT experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Maryland PT license required.
• Minimum of one year of recent PT experience.
• Graduate from an APTA-approved program or AMA-accredited.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements of mobility, range of joints, transfer status, stability, ambulation, strength, endurance, balance, and safety.
• Implement wound care interventions with evidence-based dressings and topical agents.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans including manual therapy, gait training, balance, and other interventions.
• Assess and revise the PT care plan with nursing in the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate clients and families in rehabilitative care to promote health and independence.
• Document observations and interventions using a touch pad tablet.
