AHEPA Senior Living is accepting applications for a Full-Time Assistant Property Manager in North Miami, FL. You will support daily operations of our senior housing community and assist with administrative tasks to ensure compliance and resident satisfaction.

The role involves creating resident newsletters and social programs, excellent communication, and the ability to travel for training as needed. We seek a proactive team player with strong computer skills and a commitment to service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; an Associate's Degree is preferred.
• Experience in housing is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficient with computers and basic software.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations of the Senior Housing Apartments and community.
• Handle administrative and compliance items according to requirements and guidelines.
• Create newsletters and develop social programs/activities for residents.
