Job summary

AHEPA Senior Living is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations for our Senior Housing Apartments and community. You will help with administrative tasks, compliance items, and develop resident newsletters and activities.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma (Associate’s degree preferred) and strong communication, organizational, and computer skills. Ability to travel for training and work both independently and in a team is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree preferred
• Experience in housing or property management is a plus
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with computer-based tools and office software
• Must maintain valid driver’s license and be able to travel for training

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with day-to-day operations of the Senior Housing Apartments and community
• Assist with administrative and compliance items according to requirements and guidelines
• Create newsletters and develop social programs and activities for residents
