Job summary

Perkins Eastman in Seattle is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to drive design development from pre-schematic through occupancy. You will collaborate with designers, engineers, and clients to develop options and resolve solutions that meet objectives.

The role demands leadership, strong communication, and proficiency in REVIT, Procore, Rhino, and related tools, with experience in senior living or healthcare projects preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture Degree
• 8+ years' experience in project management with architecture or design firms
• Experience coordinating with clients, designers, engineers and contractors
• Strong knowledge of building codes and health environment regulations for senior living (preferred)
• Proficient in REVIT and design/document software
• Architectural registration strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop project work plans and schedules with fees and budgets
• Coordinate with design team and consultants across phases
• Lead projects through all development phases including construction
• Ensure alignment with client goals and financial targets
• Mentor junior staff and maintain quality control
