Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Senior Living Program Manager to drive solutions for communities in Gloucester, Salem and Cumberland counties. You will lead initiatives to improve resident outcomes and tailor programs across our continuum of care within Senior Living.

You will collaborate with nursing, therapy and support teams to deliver exceptional service, using data analytics to guide planning and ensure best practices.

Qualifications

• NJ licensure as RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP required (PT background preferred).
• Demonstrated business development / leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills across multiple levels and platforms.
• Experience in the senior living setting; Home Health / Outpatient experience desirable.
