In this role you will develop and implement customized programming for residents, drive professional growth through a career ladder, and ensure best practices to achieve goals while maintaining BAYADA’s compassionate mission.

Qualifications

• Current MD professional licensure as RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP required.
• Demonstrated business development and leadership experience.
• Strong communication across levels and platforms; senior living exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement unique Senior Living solutions for communities and residents.
• Analyze outcome driven data and create customized programming.
• Ensure best practices and team alignment to delivery goals.
