Job summary

BAYADA’s Senior Living Solutions in Montgomery County, MD is seeking a Senior Living Program Manager to lead and implement customized solutions for communities and residents, aligning with BAYADA’s continuum of care.

You will leverage data analytics, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and pursue professional growth through a defined career ladder; experience in senior living and home health is desirable.

Qualifications

• Current MD licensure as an RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP is required.
• Demonstrated business development / leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills across multiple levels and platforms.
• Experience in the senior living setting.
• Home Health and/or Outpatient experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement unique solutions to help communities and residents meet goals.
• Analyze key metrics and develop plans to create customized programming and offerings for those we serve.
