BAYADA's Senior Living Solutions seeks a Senior Living Program Manager in New Jersey to lead solution development across Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland counties. You will partner with nursing, therapy, and community staff to deliver care models that align with residents’ goals and BAYADA standards.

The role emphasizes data-driven program design, stakeholder relationship management, and ongoing patient-centered improvements within a continuum of care.

Qualifications

• Current NJ licensure as RN/LPN/PT/PTA/OT/COTA/SLP Required.
• Demonstrated business development / leadership experience.
• Strong communication across multiple levels and platforms.
• Experience in the senior living setting.
• Home Health and/ or Outpatient experience is desirable.

BAYADA's Senior Living Solutions is a partnership-focused service line that brings a full continuum of care directly into senior living communities, with the goal of helping residents stay safe, healthy, and able to age in place. It offers communities access to multiple services through ONE Team , including fitness and wellness, therapy, nursing care, personal care/companionship, palliative care, hospice, and staffing support.

As the Senior Living Program Manager , you will be a dynamic influencer managing solutions for communities and their residents throughout our unique continuum of care in Senior Living in Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland counties.

Are you a solutions-oriented, team-focused Nurse, Therapist, or Therapy Assistant (Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, Physical Therapy Assistant, or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant)? Responsibilities:

• As the Senior Living Program Manager , you will be a key team member developing and implementing unique solutions to help the communities and residents we serve meet their goals. Additionally, you will exemplify our commitment to excellence by strategically treating patients and ensuring best practices are carried out by all team members to deliver on our differentiated offerings. Through the utilization of outcome driven data analytics, this role will analyze key metrics and develop plans to create customized programming and offerings for those we serve. Qualifications:

• Current NJ licensure as an RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP Required (PT background strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated business development / leadership experience
• Strong communication skills across multiple levels and multiple platforms
• Experience in the senior living setting
• Home Health and/ or Outpatient experience is desirable

Base Salary: $95,000 - $100,000 / year depending on qualifications
