Brandon Wilde is recruiting a hospitality focused Plant Operations Project Manager to join our team. This role coordinates and manages the planning, development, organization and implementation of services for the Plant Operations refurbishment and renovation program.

You will ensure projects run on time and within budget, oversee maintenance trades, and support a strong, caring community for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Four years of maintenance or general contractor experience.
• CPR-AED certification required within 90 days of hire date.
• Must maintain a valid Georgia or South Carolina driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the planning, development, organization and implementation of services for the Plant Operations refurbishment and renovation program.
• Oversee maintenance trades and contractors to ensure projects run on time and within budget.
• Support a safe, engaging community for residents and families and ensure compliance with facility requirements.
