Job summary

Brandon Wilde Life Care Community in Evans, GA, is seeking a hospitality-focused Plant Operations Project Manager to coordinate and manage the refurbishment and renovation program across our 73-acre campus.

This role drives planning, development and execution of services, ensures quality work by contractors, and maintains safety, schedules and resident-focused outcomes, with pay up to $35/hr and a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have thorough knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as contracting, painting, plumbing, electrical work.
• At least four years of experience in general maintenance or general contractor field.
• CPR-AED certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Must maintain a valid Georgia or South Carolina driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage planning, development, organization, and implementation of refurbishment and renovation programs for Plant Operations.
• Oversee services and needs for the Plant Operations refurbishment and renovation program.
• Collaborate with team to ensure timely project delivery.

Brandon Wilde is recruiting a hospitality focused Plant Operations Project Manager to join our team! This role is responsible for coordinating and managing the overall planning, development, organization and implementation of services and needs for the Plant Operations refurbishment and renovation program.

Qualifications

• Must have thorough knowledge of general maintenance, such as general contracting, painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, appliances, installation of floor coverings, carpentry, fire sprinkler system repairs, roof repairs, building construction, lock smith work, general heating and general heating and air conditioning, etc.
• At least four years of experience in general maintenance or general contractor field.
• CPR-AED certification required within 90 days of hire date.
• Must maintain a valid Georgia or South Carolina driver's license.
