Job summary

Brandon Wilde, Evans, GA, is seeking a Plant Operations Project Manager focused on hospitality operations. You will coordinate and manage the refurbishment and renovation program, overseeing planning, development, organization and execution of services to meet facility needs.

The role requires extensive maintenance knowledge, 4+ years in the field, CPR-AED certification within 90 days, and a valid GA/SC driver's license. An on-site, community-based setting offers an engaging work environment.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of general maintenance including contracting, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• At least four years in general maintenance or general contractor field.
• CPR-AED certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Valid Georgia or South Carolina driver’s license.

Brandon Wildeis recruiting a hospitality focused Plant Operations Project Manager to join our team!This role is responsible for coordinating and managing the overall planning, development, organization and implementation of services and needs for the Plant Operations refurbishment and renovation program.

Qualifications:

• Must have thorough knowledge of general maintenance, such as general contracting, painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, appliances, installation of floor coverings, carpentry, fire sprinkler system repairs, roof repairs, building construction, lock smith work, general heating and general heating and air conditioning, etc.


• At least four years of experience in general maintenance or general contractor field.


• CPR-AED certification required within 90 days of hire date.


• Must maintain a valid Georgia or South Carolina driver’s license.
