Brandon Wilde is seeking a hospitality focused Plant Operations Project Manager to join our team in Evans, GA. This role coordinates the refurbishment and renovation program, ensuring projects are planned, organized and executed to high standards for our senior living community.

The ideal candidate has at least four years of general maintenance or contracting experience, strong knowledge of building systems, and CPR-AED certification within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must have thorough knowledge of general maintenance, including contracting, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and building systems.
• Minimum four years in maintenance or contractor field.
• CPR-AED certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage planning, development, organization, and implementation of services for the Plant Operations refurbishment and renovation program.
• Ensure projects are executed to high standards and within scope, schedule and budget.
