Job summary

Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Full Time Physical Therapy Assistant. This role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, on-site at the Pompton Plains community in New Jersey. Compensation is $35–$39 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Experience working with older adults preferred.
• Current state license for physical therapy in the service state is required where applicable.
• Must comply with Medicare, state and federal regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day physical therapy treatments across care settings.
• Support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional and clinical needs with a holistic approach.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs.
• Adhere to care plans, documenting and billing in accordance with regulations.
• Assist in resident education and support during therapy.
