Cedar Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant to support residents with person-centered care on a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. You will provide holistic PT services across the Erickson Senior Living continuum in a campus-based community.

Requirements include CPR certification and an active state PT license where applicable; prior experience with older adults is preferred. Competitive hourly pay options reflect experience.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year experience with older adults preferred in related therapies.
• Current CPR certification.
• Active state license in physical therapy where applicable.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day physical therapy treatments across the care continuum.
• Follow Medicare, state and federal regulations, and company policies.
• Implement residents’ care plans focusing on strengths and preferences.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs.
