Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist (PRN) to serve residents at Twin Towers in Cincinnati, OH. You will evaluate mobility, design and implement individualized therapy plans, and help residents regain strength and independence.

We value compassionate, collaborative care and require Ohio licensure, a degree in physical therapy, and a background check/drug screen. PRN schedule offers flexibility within a supportive, senior-focused team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio.
• Two years of experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Performing and documenting initial exams and ongoing evaluations.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Using manual techniques and therapeutic interventions to relieve pain and increase physical ability.
• Measuring motor function, strength, and endurance.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Ensuring compliance with ethical, professional, and legal standards.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support residents' well-being.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication

Two years of experience preferred

Education
