Otterbein Green Hills in West Liberty, OH, seeks a PRN Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. You will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge planning, and adjust plans of care under physician supervision in a senior living community.

The role requires a Physical Therapy degree (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate), active state licensure, and strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. Knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and PTA supervision is needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Possess current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs with application skills to therapy disciplines.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
