Job summary

Life Enriching Communities is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a PRN role at Twin Lakes, Montgomery, OH. The position focuses on restoring function and improving mobility in older adults within our senior living communities.

The ideal candidate holds an Ohio PT license, has graduated from an accredited PT program, and brings strong communication skills. PRN as needed with a supportive team and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio.
• Two years of experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Performing and documenting initial exams and ongoing evaluations.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Using manual techniques and therapeutic interventions to relieve pain and improve mobility.
• Measuring motor function, strength, and endurance.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Ensuring compliance with ethical, professional, and legal standards.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to support residents' well-being.

You are a licensed and compassionate Physical Therapist who enjoys helping older adults regain strength and independence. You are collaborative, adaptable, and skilled in designing and implementing effective therapy plans that align with each resident’s unique goals.
