UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Senior Living Physical Therapist to provide age-appropriate rehab services for adult to geriatric patients. Responsibilities include comprehensive assessment, direct treatment, supervising PTA/tech, home exercise programs, family instruction, and documentation per facility standards.

Position involves direct patient care with emphasis on safety, team collaboration, and adherence to care protocols. Generous compensation and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to dependable vehicle, or public transportation.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate the patient to determine rehab potential and set goals in the team care plan.
• Set initial short- and long-term goals (STG/LTG).
• Use equipment safely; maintain inspection, maintenance and cleaning logs.
• Maintain equipment logs for outpatient clinic equipment.
• Follow medical regimens and precautions (THR, TKR, cardiac, wounds).
• Apply safe treatment techniques: transfers, positioning, splinting, cryotherapy, ultrasound, e-stim, etc.
• Complete discharge summary for final outpatient visit.
• Provide care in diverse patient populations regardless of background.
