Qualifikationen

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.

• Evaluates the patient to determine rehab potential and sets goals for the team plan.
• Develops an individualized treatment plan of care and sets initial STG/LTG.
• Utilizes and maintains therapy equipment safely and logs equipment use.
