Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
• CPR certification preferred or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates rehab potential and develops an individualized plan of care.
• Sets initial STG's and LTG's.
• Uses safe treatment techniques (transfers, positioning, splinting, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Maintains equipment and logs; adheres to precautions.
• Completes discharge summaries and documents services per department standards.
