River Terrace Retirement Community in Bluffton, IN seeks a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a part-time or PRN role on our rehabilitation team. You will help residents improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall independence with personalized care.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, creating treatment plans, applying evidence-based therapy, monitoring progress, and collaborating with the rehab team. Documentation and caregiver education are essential parts of the role.

Competenze

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Indiana.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with rehabilitation teams.

Mansioni

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based, patient-centered therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, and independence.
• Monitor progress, update goals, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
