River Terrace Retirement Community is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a flexible Part-Time or PRN role in Bluffton, IN. You will join the rehab team to help residents improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall quality of life through personalized therapy.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team while maintaining compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Indiana required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with rehab teams.
