Experience Senior Living is seeking a Payroll and HRIS Specialist to join our team in Denver, CO. This role ensures accurate weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing for multiple states and locations while managing HRIS data integrity and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of payroll experience, is proficient with UKG, and understands payroll compliance and wage regulations. The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a 10% annual bonus target.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent may be substituted.
• 3–5 years' experience in payroll processing.
• Proficiency with payroll and HRIS software (UKG preferred).
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and wage/hour regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for multiple states and locations.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system with data integrity and confidentiality.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping using time-tracking systems and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax requirements.
