Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Proven success building executive-level relationships and navigating complex enterprise deals.
• Experience with senior living, payer, or health plan markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop partnership and market-growth strategy across Dallas, Austin, Denver, Phoenix.
• Build relationships with senior living executives and healthcare stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end business development activities including outreach, negotiations, and contracting.
• Maintain a disciplined regional pipeline using CRM tools and deliver compelling proposals.
