Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Vocational painting program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine painting requirements with supervisor.
• Complete make-ready of vacant apartments as directed by Maintenance Director.
• Prepare surfaces, mask areas, and apply primers and finishes.
• Estimate time and material costs for painting projects.
• Maintain inventory of painting supplies and equipment.
• Ensure safety standards and follow company policies.
