The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a reliable Painter to join our maintenance team in a skilled nursing facility. You will paint resident rooms and common areas, prep surfaces, and protect surroundings while following safety and infection-control procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous professional painting experience.
• Experience in a healthcare, nursing home, hospital, apartment, hotel, or commercial facility is preferred.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and basic maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally with residents and staff.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and use painting equipment and supplies.
