Job summary

The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a skilled Painter to join our maintenance team at a skilled nursing facility. You will paint resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other spaces while adhering to safety and infection-control procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous professional painting experience required.
• Experience in healthcare, nursing home, hospital, or commercial facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and basic maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate professionally with residents and staff.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and use painting equipment and supplies.
