• Document patient responses, progress, and report findings to the supervising occupational therapist.
• Educate patients and families on home exercises, adaptive techniques, and strategies to support progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Support therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress with additional observations.
