Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Licensed to practice in Michigan.
• Ability to assist patients with mobility and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT treatments per plan under supervision.
• Maintain medical records for accuracy and reimbursement.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for total patient care.
• Participate in discharge planning and patient/family instruction.
• Supervise students and volunteers.
• Communicate effectively with staff and families.
• Assist with equipment and supplies as needed.
