Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.

• Current driver's license and access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine rehab potential and develop individualized plans.
• Provide direct treatment to patients and supervise COTA/tech as needed.
• Develop home exercise programs and educate patients/families.
• Participate in team and family conferences and PI programs.
• Document services per department and facility standards.
