LHC Group in Quincy, MA is seeking a Senior Living Occupational Therapist to deliver age-appropriate services in a senior living community. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, supervise COTA or tech, and document care according to facility standards.

This PRN role offers a compensation model with per-visit and hourly pay, generous benefits, and opportunities to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes in the community.

Qualificações

• Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice.
• Current driver's license and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• CPR certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates the patient to determine rehab potential and develops an individualized plan of care.
• Sets initial short- and long-term goals in the team plan of care.
• Utilizes equipment safely and maintains inspection, maintenance and cleaning logs.
• Completes discharge summaries on final outpatient visits and documents per standards.
