Job summary

HealthPro Heritage in Longmeadow, MA is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a flexible PRN opportunity within a senior living community. The position starts part-time with growth to full-time and pays $45–$48 per hour, based on experience.

You will join an established rehab team, deliver personalized therapy plans, educate residents and families, document progress, and advocate for residents to maintain independence in a collaborative, supportive environment focused on quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or licensure eligibility.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
• Create personalized treatment plans to meet goals and improve daily activities.
• Educate clients and families on therapy techniques and home programs.
• Maintain documentation of evaluations and progress in compliance with standards.
