Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with older adults preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic care addressing residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents' personal care plans honoring preferences, routines, and fostering comfort and belonging.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents' needs throughout care.
