Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide personalized care to residents living on campus in Loudoun County, Virginia. You will support residents across the continuum of care, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring individual needs are met.

Responsibilities include implementing personalized care plans and collaborating with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address resident needs, while promoting comfort, companionship, and belonging.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years’ experience with older adult population preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.
