Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with older adults in related therapies.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must possess a valid and current state Occupational Therapy license.

Responsibilities

• Providing a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on strengths, preferences and routines.
• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs throughout their care.
